Vancouver's magical microscopic underwater Botanical Beach!

Vancouver departs from Tsawwassen Pier at 11am and arrives at Victoria in 1 hour 40 minutes just in time for lunch. 4,000 people scored 4.4 points pasta shop, the overall atmosphere is very strong, as a passing restaurant is really very good. After dinner, visit the Internet celebrity bookstore, Chinatown and Internet celebrity Alley to eat and set out to fish for crabs.

It is the best place to fish for crabs, and indeed there are crabs in every basket that day, but unfortunately there are no crabs that meet the size. It's a good day for nothing. Stay in Sooke for the night.

Set out for Botanical Beach, be sure to check the ebb time in advance, after which a small Tide pool will appear. On the same day, we left the hotel at 11:30 and drove to the parking lot of the beach in about a little bit. After parking, we took a 20-minute trail to reach the beach. The tide was at its lowest point at 1:45, and the tide began to rise around 2:30. The return journey starts at 3 o 'clock and goes straight to the dock, about a 2 hour drive. The sandstone surface has been eroded into holes of varying sizes, each of which is a miniature aquarium with sea anemones, sea urchins, crabs and other sea life.

Botanical Beach is a beach located in British Columbia, Canada, about 70 km southwest of Victoria Island, adjacent to the city of Bamfield. This beach is known for its rich Marine life and unique rocky landforms and is a popular destination for biologists and nature lovers. Visitors can observe a variety of Marine life here, such as starfish, conch, shellfish and seaweed, while also enjoying spectacular coastline views and a rich tidal pool ecosystem. This area is also a protected ecological reserve where visitors can enjoy activities such as hiking, tide watching and nature photography.

These tidal pools are like a small natural aquarium, filled with all kinds of Marine life - a tidal pool is a condensed little world, like digging treasure, each pool can let me squat for a day!

A well-appointed wooden house in the forest next to Botanical beach makes it pleasant to sit around the fire at night. Tidepool's going out at low tide. I put a tide schedule for the month of 789. There are two navigational botanical beach, trail head, either can be taken, 2.5km round trip.

There really are bears! In recent days, it is a low tide at 8 o 'clock in the morning and evening, and we went to the day specially at 8 o 'clock in the evening, and suddenly saw the black bear in the parking lot, eating grass, and saw the car near it. The trail is very dark, thinking that the black bear is in the same forest activity, decisively gave up the hike and returned to the car. When I pulled out of the parking lot, I saw this one, still grazing. The park recommends traveling in groups.

There are giant slugs (slugs) in the forest, very cute, keep an eye on your feet, you will find something. Signs along the way point out several common slugs, and lucky enough to spot a banana slug.

The overall road condition is good, some places have water and mud, it is recommended to wear hiking shoes. Pay attention to sun protection. tidepool is ecologically fragile, don't touch the creatures inside, be a responsible tourist.

Take a lunch break halfway through. The overall rating of 4.8 is not bad, suitable for friends on the road. I ordered three pizzas because one of the sides burned and I got a free pizza. Bonus. If you have extra time, check out the nearby white lighthouse.

📍 Sheringham Point Lighthouse

There is also a small 15-minute trail to the seaside, because we have to catch the boat at 7pm, we returned after eating pizza, and arrived at the dock just to board the boat. A 2-day, 1-night trip is perfect for weekend relaxation.
