I ate a very amazing one in the ancient town of Lijiang, Yunnan 😭 come back and still forget!! They've had it for years. Must try, fried brown sugar bait block, waxy Ji wire and delicious!! Will point morels over the bridge rice noodles, eat will fall in love with, soup bottom good fresh fungus is also very tender 🥰
