📍 Dalhousie University
Before I heard an old colleague said that this university's master of physical therapy is very famous, so I have always wanted to visit it. But I want to say that the university is really beautiful. Waterloo is simply not more beautiful than I think, and how much better than other people's chem building is like a castle There are different teaching buildings
📍Fishman's Cove
I went too early, and when I went, it was in May, and a lot of stores weren't open on Wednesdays, but I think it's like every day now, but it doesn't matter, it's worth it to walk the trail, see the beautiful houses, and feel the smell of the sea.
📍Tony’s Famous Donair
I heard from my other friends that it was Haffa who made donair. When you come to Hafa, you must eat. I'd seen it on Google Maps and it was famous so I went. In fact, donair is a pancake with a lot of meat and donair's soul sauce, but I don't know whether it's a matter of character or quality. That cake is hard. You need to pull hard with your hands to tear it open. That sauce is on the sweet side. So the whole thing was hilarious, but I thought it was okay to try it.
📍 White Alley**
Ordered a cup of coconut jelly milk tea, at that time I do not know what nerves, think it is coconut milk tea, but it is actually coconut milk tea, I believe it is wrong, but I have to say, this cup of milk tea is the most difficult milk tea I have ever drunk in Canada, first rule out that strange match, The milk tea base itself is also difficult to drink, completely not recommended.
Finally, I took the bus 320 back to the airport in dt. Well, my 4-day Halifax solo trip is over. I hope the Halifax posts I sent in the past can help you who are going to Halfa!
In 2014, The Huffington Post ranked Okanagan as the number one wine destination in the world, with 182 registered wineries, while the world-famous Napa Valley in California ranked eighth. As a result, Okanagan became famous in the world of wine lovers.
Here are 5 niche wineries that we personally experienced in the Okanagan area, all with Google scores of 4.6-4.9. Get out of Quails Gate, Mission Hill, and all the rest of the wineries and get some great photos and VIP service.
⭐️Thornhaven Estates Winery Google 4.6
Thornhaven is situated on Little Giant's Head Mountain and offers stunning views of Lake Okanagan and the magnificent mountains around it, with many comparing the area to Tuscany. Santa Fe Style winery, with a lot of outdoor architecture, has been established for 25 years. Early in the morning, we were the only family to check in. Grandpa Danny was super warm and friendly. He was the only one of the five families that we bought wine to take away. (Delicious!)
The three vineyards total 18.5 acres and are planted with Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Merlot, Orange Musk, Pinot grigio, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and gewurztraminer. French and American oak barrels and stainless steel tanks are used to suit the discerning tastes of those who like oak and those who don't. With the help of highly respected consultant winemaker Christine Leroux and our cellar master Jason Fraser, 34,000 litres of wine are produced each year, around 5,000 cases of wine.
⭐️The Vibrant Vine Winery Google 4.6
The winery will regret not coming. The woods outside the winery have a French feel, and inside the building is an exhibition of 3D paintings by artist Phil Lewis in bold colors, a bit of rock punk and a strong vitality of nature. Enjoy all the artwork with 3D glasses while tasting the wine. There are pizza popsicles to order outside, sit in the garden and enjoy live music.
⭐️Ancient Hill Winery Google 4.9
A beautiful classical art birds and flowers of the winery, just entered the door like walking into a European earl's home, indoor not only wine can also appreciate the purchase of all kinds of art, jewelry are very delicate. It also has a relaxing terrace where you can take a drink and relax, overlooking the vineyards and the city. Among the numerous wineries in Kelowna, this is one of the few wineries where you can enjoy free tasting, but most of them are frequented by local people, so you can bring your own snacks or lunch for a relaxing day, and your dog can also take it!
