The best way to get around Kuranda is to take the old tourist train through the rainforest to Kuranda town and back to Cairns by aerial cable car. A railway with a history of more than 100 years, a journey full of nostalgic feelings, was built by the workers of that time. Along the way you can see plains, towns, waterfalls...

The centuries-old trees of the tropical rain Forest Nature Park, cascading waterfalls, streams, exotic wildlife and the colorful flowers that can be seen on both sides of the road all give Kuranda a picture of paradise. It fully feels like a tropical rainforest from the Jurassic adventure movie.

Kuranda town is mainly a tourist business, selling some local specialty products, some shops can not take photos.
